Terms of Service
Adults only, no sexual content, and be decent to whoever the den puts in front of you. Everything below follows from those three things.
Effective
Using the site means agreeing to this
These terms are the agreement between you and foxvideochat. Opening the site and starting a chat means they apply to you. If you do not accept them, the right move is to close the tab rather than continue.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or over. There is no exception to this, including with a parent present.
You also must not be barred from using the service under any applicable law, and must not be returning after a previous removal. Accounts and access are personal — do not share, sell or transfer them. How age is enforced is set out in child safety.
What the service is — and is not
foxvideochat matches you with another person for a live conversation. That is the product. It is not a dating agency, not an introduction service, and not a background-checking service.
We do not verify who anyone is. Matching is random, the other person is a stranger, and nothing about the match is a representation by us about who they are or what they will say.
What is not allowed
foxvideochat is a general-audience service. The following will get you removed, and the list is not exhaustive:
- Nudity or sexual content, in any form, including with the other person's agreement.
- Anything involving a minor, or presenting yourself as one.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting someone for who they are.
- Recording, screenshotting or redistributing another person without their knowledge.
- Impersonating someone else, or pretending to represent us.
- Advertising, spam, scams, or driving people to another service.
- Trying to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- Anything illegal where you are.
What you say and show
You are responsible for what you transmit. You keep ownership of it — we do not claim your likeness or your words — but you grant us the limited permission needed to actually deliver it to the person you are talking to and to act on reports about it.
Assume anything you show a stranger can be captured by that stranger, regardless of the rules. The rules govern what we allow and what we act on; they cannot govern what a person does with their own device.
What happens when someone breaks the rules
- During a chat
- Skip, block and report are one tap each. Blocks are permanent from your side — that person is not matched with you again.
- After a report
- Moderation reviews it and may warn, suspend, or permanently remove the account and its access.
- Serious cases
- Conduct that appears to endanger someone may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
We may suspend or end access at any time where the rules are broken, and we do not owe an itemised explanation for a removal — that would simply teach people how to avoid detection next time.
Paid features
Starting a chat is free. Some optional extras are paid, and where something costs money that is stated before you buy it — never after.
Virtual items are a licence to use a feature inside the service. They are not property, not currency, not transferable, and have no value outside the service. Where a purchase is handled by an app store or payment provider, that provider's own refund rules also apply.
What belongs to us
The site itself — the name, the logo, the design, the code, the written content — belongs to foxvideochat or its licensors, and using the service does not transfer any of it to you. If you believe something here infringes your rights, the route to tell us is on the copyright page.
The limits of what we promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region at every moment, and we do not promise anything about the character or conduct of the people you are matched with.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes and how to reach us
These terms can change. When they do in a way that matters, the effective date at the top changes. Continuing to use the service after that means the new version applies.

These terms exist so the rules are written down somewhere before they are needed, not to be clever. If a clause reads as though it means something other than what it says, tell us and we will fix the wording.
